AUACE and the Law Institute of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees” (AUACE) and the Educational and Scientific Institute “Law Institute of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at advancing legal education, supporting judicial reform, and strengthening the professional capacity of Ukraine’s judicial system.

The Memorandum provides for the implementation of joint educational, scientific, practical, and informational initiatives. Key areas of cooperation include organising internships and practical training for students, conducting lectures, trainings, and professional discussions, preparing analytical and methodological materials, and fostering dialogue on the implementation of European standards of justice.

The parties will pay special attention to strengthening cooperation between the academic community and representatives of the judicial system. Such collaboration will contribute to developing future legal professionals’ practical understanding of court operations, court administration, and modern approaches to ensuring access to justice.

For AUACE, developing partnerships with higher education institutions is an important step towards building a strong professional community, supporting young professionals, and introducing modern approaches in the field of court administration.

The Memorandum was signed on 22 May 2026 during the II All-Ukrainian Forum of Court Employees “Independent Judiciary: Is It Possible Without an Effective Court Staff?”.
