AUACE and Online Law School Announce Enrollment for the Pro Bono Course “Training for Court Employees”

The NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees” (AUACE), in cooperation with Online Law School, announces the enrollment for the Pro Bono course “Training for Court Employees”.

The course is designed for those who seek to gain practical knowledge and skills for working within the judicial system, better understand internal court processes, and strengthen their professional capacity.

The training will be useful for:

  • lawyers planning to work in courts or already working within the system;
  • court hearing secretaries;
  • judicial assistants;
  • candidates applying for court positions;
  • civil servants and employees of the judicial system;
  • law students planning a career in the field of justice.

Participants of the course will gain practical knowledge on:

  • working with the Automated Court Document Management System (ACDMS), the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (UJITS), and other court systems;
  • document workflow management and monitoring procedural deadlines;
  • drafting court decisions;
  • technical recording of court hearings and organisation of video conferences;
  • working with the Unified State Register of Court Decisions;
  • effective communication and professional ethics within the judicial system.

The training format includes a series of practical webinars, assignments, and analysis of real-life cases together with the course speakers. Participants who complete more than 80% of the practical assignments will receive a certificate.

Participation in the course is free of charge; however, the number of places is limited.
