On 22 May 2026, during the II All-Ukrainian Forum of Court Employees “Independent Judiciary: Is It Possible Without an Effective Court Staff?”, the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees” (AUACE) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the NGO “Association of Women Lawyers of Ukraine ‘JurFem’”.

The document provides for the development of partnership in the field of support for vulnerable court users, in particular persons affected by gender-based violence, as well as strengthening the capacity of court staff to work with these categories of court visitors. The parties agreed to cooperate in the development of support services, organisation of joint events, preparation of informational materials, and exchange of best practices.

For AUACE, developing partnerships with professional and civil society organisations is an important component of systemic changes in the justice sector. Such memoranda make it possible to combine expertise, strengthen professional communities, and jointly work towards improving the accessibility and quality of court services for citizens.

AUACE will continue to expand interinstitutional cooperation aimed at implementing modern approaches to court administration, supporting court staff, and promoting people-centred justice in Ukraine.
